Almost no home is going to be perfect (even a new home, or recently built construction). A typical inspection will usually discover at least some issues in need of attention. A home never "passes" or "fails" an inspection, it is just a report on the current condition and issues of a home, to help inform the buyer. This sample home inspection report reflects a typical home in good condition.
