Dave and the Garden State Home Inspectors team have inspected homes for over 15 years, and Dave also has over 25 years of combined mechanical and construction experience. As a business owner at a local automotive service center for 17 years, Dave learned the importance of technical know-how and an always ready-to-go work ethic.

After selling the business, Dave embarked on a new venture as a licensed general contractor who specialized in full scale home renovations and real estate investment. Dave observed the home inspection process from an outside perspective repeatedly during this time, and he decided that it was time to step in and utilize his experience to provide a service that would prove invaluable to families striving to succeed as homeowners.

When he’s not inspecting homes, Dave enjoys spending time together with his wife and three grown children. Dave and his wife have been hiking regularly for over 25 years, and they both remain huge outdoors enthusiasts.
