We used Garden State Home Inspectors recently when buying a home and we were thrilled with the quality of service we received. The inspector, David Haigh, arrived at the residence early and started the exterior portion of the inspection and when we arrived at the appropriate time, he was wrapping up and about ready to head inside. This helped us get the most out of the time we made available for the inspection.Throughout the process, David took the time to point out areas for concern vs things that were just cosmetic. Everything we touched on was photographed and written up in comprehensive inspection report. This allowed us to focus on the truly important asks back to the sellers and minimized any back and forth through the deal. In the end, we felt better that the house we were purchasing didn't have any major skeletons in the closet and that all safety items were being considered and that was balanced without having to disrupt the momentum of the deal.In the end, I fully recommend David and Garden State Home Inspectors.
