I recommend Garden State Home Inspectors for an all-in-one home inspection process. I was able to get Home, Termite, Radon, and Level 2 Chimney inspections, as well as a Sewer Scope and Oil Tank Sweep. He reviewed each level of the interior after his inspection, as well as the exterior of the home. We used Garden State Home Inspectors recently when buying a home and we were thrilled with the quality of service we received. The inspector, David Haigh, arrived at the residence early and started the exterior portion of the inspection and when we arrived at the appropriate time, he was wrapping up and about ready to head inside. This helped us get the most out of the time we made available for the inspection.Throughout the process, David took the time to point out areas for concern vs things that were just cosmetic. Everything we touched on was photographed and written up in comprehensive inspection report. This allowed us to focus on the truly important asks back to the sellers and minimized any back and forth through the deal. In the end, we felt better that the house we were purchasing didn't have any major skeletons in the closet and that all safety items were being considered and that was balanced without having to disrupt the momentum of the deal.In the end, I fully recommend David and Garden State Home Inspectors. Each time, I have been so pleased with the company's professionalism, responsiveness, and timeliness. Dave is truly excellent at his job and so thorough. He even has a drone that he can fly over the house to get visualization of the roof/chimney! He works quickly and efficiently, but leaves no stone un-turned.
