I recommend Garden State Home Inspectors for an all-in-one home inspection process. I was able to get Home, Termite, Radon, and Level 2 Chimney inspections, as well as a Sewer Scope and Oil Tank Sweep. Dave was very knowledgeable, providing advice and recommended follow-ups where needed. You may be able to save by individually shopping these services, but the professionalism and convenience of Garden State is well worth the difference.
